Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Hourly Registered Dietitian at a corporate site in Greer, SC with Canteen!

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create menu offerings that adhere to the UK Food Standards Agency's Traffic Light Labeling System for nutrient standards.
* Educate and train staff on general food knowledge, food allergy management, customer service, and waste reduction.
* Perform monthly recipe audits to verify nutritional accuracy.
* Engage in monthly wellness promotions and Teaching Kitchens.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant food safety and nutrition regulations.
* Assess and adjust dietary programs to enhance their effectiveness.
* Advise customers on healthier menu options.
* Keep detailed records of menu offerings and sales of healthy food items.
* Stay informed about the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics.


Qualifications:
* Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian or Dietitian Technician, by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required
* Licensed by the South Carolina State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board
* One (1) year of food service experience, preferred
* Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications and nutrient analysis programming
