Job Summary

This individual will oversee the day to day foodservice operations. This is a small senior living community with a small staff, so this is a hands-on leadership position. Developing your staff will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains excellent relationships with the client
  • Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
  • Guarantees management team and associate training and development
  • Drives profitability of the account
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Prefer experience in a healthcare or senior living
  • Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practices preferred
