 Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

Job Summary

The General Manager of the this corporate dining account is responsible for the overall success of the operation. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, this position holds duties related to day to day operations and strategic planning for future growth and success. The position entails a need for excellent communication and hospitality skills, the ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, and client relationship building.

This account operates Monday through Friday and employs 3 management level professionals & 30+ hourly associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Manages overall day to day operations of the account
  • Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
  • Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
  • Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
  • Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree, preferred
  • Five years of foodservice operation experience. Corporate Foodservice management, preferred.
  • High volume production and catering experience
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
