Job Summary

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configure back-end programming of items is accurate in both Appetize and Zippin databases
  • Maintain Digital Menu Boards are showing the correct menu items and pricing using IPTV
  • Set up Points of Sale (POS) with and connect necessary peripheral devices (credit card readers, printers, etc)
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate Point of Sale devices
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc)
  • Answers user inquiries regarding computer and POS software or hardware operation to resolve problems
  • Read technical manuals, confer with users and/or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment, as necessary
  • Performs other duties as assigned
