Position Title: MARKETING MANAGER - FORT WORTH, TX

Pay Grade: 13

Reports To: Resident District Manager

Salary: $75,000-$80,000/yr.

Schedule to be worked: Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend work as business demands.

Job Summary

American Airlines is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is key in expanding and retaining our market share, with a focus on enhancing brand presence and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal departments and sector partners to ensure a top-tier program that aligns with American Airlines' commitment to excellence.

This onsite position is based at our headquarters in Fort Worth, TX, with occasional evening and weekend work as business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the cross-functional implementation of marketing strategies, partnering with teams in operations, culinary, and nutrition to achieve seamless execution.
  • Conduct market analysis, interpret customer research, and evaluate competitor insights to inform and adjust marketing plans.
  • Design and deploy comprehensive marketing plans and projects tailored for both new and established accounts.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring all activities align with financial goals and provide measurable ROI.
  • Track, report, and communicate key performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sector partners to ensure quality and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Take on additional projects as needed to drive departmental success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within a corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence large audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to drive results through collaborative teamwork.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively convey complex information across diverse teams and stakeholders.
