  • We are hiring immediately for a MARKETING SPECIALIST - DESIGN position.
  • Location: This is a 100% remote position anywhere in the United States. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full Time; Monday through Friday 8am-5pm pacific time.
  • Requirement: Marketing with some graphic design experience required. Experience working in graphic design with a focus on branding and experiential design preferred. Experience with Adobe, Cloud applications, creative design, and familiarity with websites and social media highly preferred. Experience with high-profile brands highly preferred. Experience in the food and hospitality industry a plus. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across different groups (culinary, operations, and hospitality), enjoys and can be flexible to work on different types of projects, and is open to travel.
  • Salary: $60,000 - 70,000

Job Summary

Summary: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the operation with marketing, merchandising, and promotions to ensure superior service and maximize profits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
  • Analyzes customer/resident research, current market conditions and competitor information.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and projects for new and existing accounts.
  • Expands and develops marketing platforms.
  • Supports the creation of marketing presentations.
  • Monitors industry best practices and trends.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing in a high profile, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
