We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals who are ready to create memorable moments as a Concessions Supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY
The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the overall effective operation of assigned concession locations including food preparation and production, inventory, total compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service, employee/volunteer supervision, and closing duties. The focus will be on lending support to the Concessions Managers and Stand Leads to ensure that all aspects of concessions operations within the assigned sector are fully operational. The majority of the Concessions Supervisor's time will be spent actively mentoring, training and helping team members & volunteers meet company quality standards, and in promoting a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment. The Concessions Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. Two years’ food service or related supervisory experience required.

WORK SCHEDULE
We are an event-driven environment; applicants must have the ability to work evenings and weekends, arriving to work no later than 2:00pm. We schedule team members in relation to events booked at the Rose Quarter facilities and property, in both the Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
