Job Summary

Canteen Technology Group is looking for a technology enthusiast ready for a challenging IT career and focus on application development and technology implementation for business.

You'll start work within a project team on the development and implementation of Dynamics CRM technical solutions to our customers - from various segment of our lines of business (office coffee, micro markets, and vending)

Job Responsibilities

  • Code and test D365 customer service and field service modules according to technical specification
  • Support the development of test scenarios/scripts and test execution ensuring the application or architecture meets agreed quality standards
  • Close cooperation with client teams and D365 solutions architect for follow up business requirements
  • Supporting application life cycle management

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Hands on experience with one or more of the following D365 / Dynamics CRM modules:
  • Customer Engagement
  • Field Service
  • Experience developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform
  • Core Skills:
  • CRM SDK
  • CRM Plugins
  • PowerApps
  • Power BI
  • Power Automate
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
  • Experience on Microsoft Portals
