Regional Director of Operations
- We are hiring immediately for a Regional Director of Operations position.
- Location: San Francisco Bay Area, California Note: online applications accepted only. Travel is not required, qualified applicants can be based anywhere in the greater bay area. Relocation assistance is available.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Requirement: Strong leadership skills. Ability to identify, create and implement business improvements that increase efficiency. Proven track record of growing profit margins.
- Starting pay: 130-150K / year

As Regional Director of Operations, you will focus on driving operational, efficiencies and profit improvement initiatives. The position supports our Bay Area operations which include office coffee, pantry and snack services, micro markets, and vending machines.
Reducing operational overhead costs
Driving labor efficiencies
Improving product accountability
Increasing profit margin
Reporting to the Division President this role meets regularly with extended team to ensure transparency, understanding, accountability, and alignment
Collaborates with key partners to support regional initiatives
Ensures consistent and fair administration of all policies and procedures
Recognizes and anticipates marketplace trends; participates in regional strategic planning meetings
Experience managing a P&L and delivering financial results
Ability to work across multiple operations and multiple tasks
Has a proven track record of strong financial acumen
Has ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately
Demonstrates leadership through the ability to influence and drive change, taking ownership and accountability
Experience implementing processes and procedures to drive performance
Humble servant leadership approach that shows appreciation for our front-line associates
Demonstrates initiative, ownership, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and ability to quickly learn new and proprietary software applications.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of ten years progressive and related experience.
Strong background in a mid to senior level leadership role in an operational setting
Exhibits strong and dynamic communication, presentation and listening skills across all levels of an organization.
Strong data and financial analytical skills required.
Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and maintain organization in a changing environment.
Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
