Job Summary

The Retail Program Manager position is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial manager who is constantly seeking a better way to conduct business. The Retail Program Manager will be responsible for consistently loading/managing content that is displayed on our Point of Sale checkout screens, in-app content, and future display screens. They will also be responsible for learning new systems, building key supplier relationships as well as being a key resource to our Avenue C Champion network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manages all aspects of Avenue C/Micro Market programming
  • Will work within sector systems to schedule monthly content for POS screens
  • Will assist with supplier relationships, including data performance pulls and invoicing Maintains knowledge of the market place and trends amongst external retail outlets
  • Will work with regional Avenue C champions to schedule content they source
  • Additional duties, all revolving around the consumer experience within micro markets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred or A.A. Degree plus related experience
  • Three or more years of work experience - retail/food service preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (excel, PowerBI, MS Teams) with ability to learn web based portals
  • Communication skills both written and verbal - strong ability to connect with many new teams
