Job Summary


  • Liaise with the client as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for contracted IFM scope of services.
  • Leverage account level and corporate resources to support operations and client expectations
  • Responsible to meet the changing IFM needs of the client; develop IFM business plans in a constantly changing business environment.
  • Reviews work order data, trending, and projection to recognize and take advantage of enhancement opportunities
  • Exceeds service level agreements to site activity levels and program needs.
  • Focus on providing value add services and driving productivity
  • Establish goals, performance criteria, and measurement processes to proactively manage the business.
  • Knowledgeable of IFM Best Practices for engineering, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation projects with cost savings and operational efficiencies throughout account.
  • Oversee development and implementation of facility operating procedures, processes for specific sites and the facility management business (i.e. facility operating procedure, Safety and Hazardous Materials Programs, site contingency plans, recovery plans, Quality Plan, and site safety plans)
  • Manages direct staff including Site Operations/Facilities Managers, Facility Coordinators, and Maintenance Supervisors. Provides leadership of indirect staff and remote support teams.
  • Owner of client budget performance and adherence to financial KPI’s


Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 3+ years related experience and managing multiple facility operations with at least $5MM in revenue annually; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have been a Chief Engineer, Senior Facility Manager, or Facility Manager 5+ years
Dynamic leader and strong communicator with a proven track record of successful management of associates and clients
Working knowledge of the maintenance and monitoring of all building equipment including, but not limited to, HVAC, hot water boilers, chillers, cooling towers, emergency generator, transfer switches, building automation, sprinkler system, utilities, and plumbing and electrical.
Must have multi-site/account experience.
Strong problem solver who is agile in stressful meeting environments
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, & the public.
Strong budget development, financial controls, and cost reduction strategies. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and technical problem solving.
