Job Summary

An amazing opportunity to join Canteen One’s Client team working with Fortune 500 clients on a national basis! This advanced leadership role is part of our Client Services team and is key in meeting and maintaining customer relations while maximizing financial objectives. Your goal is to provide outstanding service + long-term relations = high customer satisfaction & contract renewals. The Senior position manages top accounts, offers advanced analytical, financial, and system skills, and serves as a Team Lead working closely with senior management to assist team members and lead operations in account retention strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist in the setup of new accounts and roll outs
* Prepare reports and summaries
* Recommend and present information to the client, and implement the recommendations
* Conduct quarterly meetings and business reviews
* Facilitate data needed for business reviews/meetings
* Build, maintain and sustain relationships with clients by delivering a high level of interaction and analysis
* Develop account retention strategies
* Perform ongoing analysis by analyzing financial performance
* Facilitate business proformas and overall financial summary of total business
* Accurate financial expectations for renewals/bids
* Evaluate possible new business relationships
* Facilitate meetings and/or manage internal resources to resolve issues
* Identify and develop plans to correct problems or obstacles
* Communicate all relevant client information throughout Canteen One
* Work with Operations and build relationships

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is Required; or an equivalent of five years of service business experience with three years in account management
* Must have a minimum of three (3) years of business experience
* Experience in market analysis, operations and account management is strongly preferred
* Proven financial analysis skill set required
* Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills
* Strong customer service orientation
* Proven ability to grow and maintain long-term positive internal and external work relationships
* Ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment, and sound decision making in developing and applying new methods/policies that affect the business
* Supervisor experience preferred
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word experience; Microsoft PowerPoint experience preferred
* Experience with an ERP system strongly preferred (i.e. Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, JD Edwards)
* Reporting tool experience is preferred, with Business Objects experience strongly preferred
