Job Summary

The Support Analyst is a critical role within our organization.  Ensures the integrity of the retail menu databases is maintained through close collaboration with the Corporate Retail, Finance, CDL, Volante and any other technology stakeholder team. This position will support IT forward initiatives across food services and will provide leadership and guidance for field operations to ensure that they are able to navigate and understand the components within existing, as well as any new technology platforms.

The Technology Specialist/Support Analyst reports to the Enterprise Director of Retail.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Database maintenance and entry for various technology platforms (POS, Digital Signage, Mobile ordering)
Maintains and improves upon efficiencies in current technology platforms
Develops and maintains standard digital templates
Analyzes Menu Mapping and customer flow to ensure best in class customer experience when utilizing technology
Communicates technology updates
Understands reporting platforms and assists in data gathering and intelligence 
Partakes in new technology/robotic implementations and oversight
STRATEGIC INSIGHTS
Work closely with dev team to ensure optimal functionality within the system
Work closely with Finance Team to pull data insights - dashboards, reporting, etc.
Work closely with enterprise Retail Management team and corporate Retail Technology Specialists

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
B.S. Degree in I.T, Food Services Technology/management, or related field preferred
Minimum of one to three years of retail operational foodservice management experience preferred
Consumer oriented with retail marketing experiences
Proficient computer skills to include: various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail and the internet
