Job Summary

TITLE: Talent Acquisiton Summer Internship
LOCATION: Levy Home Office-980 N. Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL
TIME FRAME: June 6, 2023- August 10, 2023

JOB SUMMARY:
Levy is the leader in Sports and Entertainment dining. We cater in such renowned sports venues such as Wrigley Field, Cypto.com Center, Dodger Stadium, Ford Field, and Churchill Downs just to name a few. Levy also caters large-scale events like the Superbowl, World Series, the Kentucky Derby, U.S. Open Tennis Tournament, and the Grammys. Levy Restaurants was founded in 1978 as D.B Kaplan's, a single delicatessen located in Chicago, IL and is recognized today as one of America's fastest-growing and most critically acclaimed restaurant companies.

As a summer intern with the Talent Acquisition (HR) department, you will be working closely with Levy HR leaders to develop skills and competencies to be successful in your prospective industry. This internship involves hands-on experiences which will provide opportunities for your personal success and development.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • If you are someone who loves food and sports and is passionate about hospitality, then we are looking for you - a motivated, positive, professional team player!
  • In this 10-week paid internship, you will work in the big leagues within our organization.
  • You will be on a learning track which will consist of an overview of vital aspects of our Talent Acquisition (HR) operations.
  • Your participation in the "on-the-job" training will provide valuable knowledge and experience to enhance your career opportunities.
  • Once you are on board, you will discuss with your Mentor the pacing of the program and how it can be tailored to meet your specific curriculum if mandated by your school and/or your interests and skill development requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be enrolled in a college/university or technical program to receive college credit
