Pay Grade: 11
Salary: $65,000-$70,000/yr.

Job Summary
Join a thriving, growth-focused company in an exciting role as Chef Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the culinary and food service experience for our expanding business. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full culinary management of food service operations, including inventory control, ordering, and receiving.
- Lead with a strong focus on P&L accountability, ensuring financial and operational success.
- Develop and execute creative menus with attention to cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Champion sustainable practices, sourcing and utilizing local food products wherever possible to elevate the dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of HACCP protocols.
- A minimum of three years in culinary management within contract foodservice, fine dining, or a restaurant setting, with strong skills in inventory and purchasing control.
- Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, with expertise in quality, sanitation, food cost management, and presentation.
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed services.
- ServSafe certification is a plus.
