Job Summary
General Responsibilities:
To provide well prepared dessert carts for Suite Attendants. Must practice good sanitation procedures and maintain neat and accurate inventories.
Specific Duties: (Other duties may be assigned.)
? Service suite holders and suggestive sell dessert items.
? Replenish/clean cart before visiting next suite.
? Logging in to tablet and knowing any special requests in addition to billing.
? Working with Suite Attendant when servicing guests.
? Recording desserts sold and acquire proper billing.
? Accurately complete Inventory for dessert cart before and after event.
? Stocking and set up dessert cart with appropriate utensils, plates, and plasticware.
? Cleaning and putting away carts and desserts after service is completed
? Knowledgeable of dessert items and be able to describe them to guests, including allergens.
? Maintaining a pleasant, outgoing personality.
? Maintaining a professional demeanor with fellow team members and guests.
? Adhering to responsible alcohol service policies.
? Adhering to uniform and grooming standards.
? Helping other team members and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
? Reporting any damage to management.
? Relaying any product issues or guest concerns to management.
? Checking out with supervisor before leaving.
? Any other duties as requested by management.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
a. Language Skills:
1. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
2. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
3. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members of the organization.
b. Math Skills:
1. Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
c. Reasoning Ability:
1. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
2. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
