Location: National Level Position
Requirement: Must be a Registered Dietitian with CDR with at least 5+ Years of Experience
Salary: About $120,000 depending on experience
Other Forms of Compensation: Annual Bonus Eligible

Job Summary
Touchpoint Senior Living is hiring a Director of Clinical Support to direct registered dietitians in our senior living communities across the United States. This exciting role will ensure regulatory compliance, menu management and client relations. This position combines regional field support and overarching leadership of the nutrition and wellness department. Directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical nutrition care, wellness programs/services and regulatory preparedness that are responsive to current trends and demands in the marketplace and positions Touchpoint as a leader in existing and new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic initiatives and companywide communication of Touchpoint Nutrition and Wellness department - further define Touchpoint wellness to meet our clients’ future needs
- Ensure nutrition leadership team budget
- Develop and oversight of budget under leadership of VP of Nutrition
- Completes required site visits across the country on a regular schedule and as needed basis.
Expectations:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compelling presentation skills delivering clinical or Touchpoint content to audiences of varying size (clients, prospects and associates) in a professional and impactful manner
- Timely, accurate and professional follow through with our internal customers (operations) and our external customers (clients)
- Ability to develop and manage budget guidelines and support sector cost management
- Maintain sector and department employee development requirements on annual basis
- Travel requirements vary but could be as high as 75% of the time
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required
- Master’s degree in nutrition-related field required.
- Management experience in hospital, long term care or food service setting required
- Proven interpersonal, influencing, and team skills in group and one on one settings
- Experience with regulatory standard compliance in healthcare and/or long-term care.
- Minimum 5 years professional experiences in long term care setting
- Minimum 3 years in an operational leadership/multi-unit management capacity
- Demonstrate strong technical and scientific knowledge balanced with operational consideration
- Certification of Gerontology Specialist from the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics preferred
