Job Summary
Take charge as a leader in Dallas's vibrant culinary landscape! Wolfgang Puck Catering presents an opportunity for a dynamic District Manager to oversee operations across this growing market. We're seeking a results-driven individual eager to shape the future of food service through innovation and excellence.
In this key role, you will drive the success of multiple food service operations, focusing on quality, efficiency, and financial performance. Collaborating with the Vice President, you will implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and ensure adherence to our rigorous standards in food quality, merchandising, and resource management. Your expertise in P&L management, menu development, and multi-unit leadership will be critical in achieving financial goals and delivering top-tier dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company standards in food quality and merchandising while managing resources and assets efficiently.
- Lead district operations in line with established policies and under the direction of the Vice President.
- Conduct operational audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost financial performance and efficiency.
- Develop and manage forecasts at both unit and district levels to achieve financial targets.
- Uphold and advance company programs, services, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide direct leadership to managers, supporting their growth and fostering strong client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least five years of experience in managing P&L food service operations, including high-volume catering, B&I, and corporate dining.
- Proven experience in multi-unit leadership.
- ServSafe certification and HAACP knowledge.
- Strong financial analysis and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in menu development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in negotiation.
