Job Summary
Are you passionate about leading and growing full-service food operations? We’re seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented District Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of our operations. In this role, you'll partner with the District Manager to drive operational excellence, enhance guest experiences, and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Ensure each we meet or exceeds financial goals while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes to optimize efficiency, while forecasting and analyzing performance trends across all locations.
- Policy & Compliance: Uphold company standards by ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines across the district.
- Support New Launches: Coordinate and oversee the successful opening of new café locations.
- Sales Partnership: Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and community engagement.
- Team Development: Identify training needs for managers, ensuring staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service and operational success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree and a minimum of three years related experience
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial data
- Excellent presentations skills required
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
