Salary: Up to $80,000/yr.

Job Summary

Are you prepared to guide a driven culinary team in providing outstanding dining experiences? As an Executive Chef, you can highlight your culinary expertise and management skills in Franklin County, PA. Join us in crafting detailed dining experiences and advancing within an outstanding food service company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all culinary operations for the dining account, ensuring outstanding quality and service.
  • Lead and empower a team of associates, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Coordinate all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain the highest standards.
  • Successfully implement cost controls and manage expenditures for the account.
  • Plan and build diverse and innovative menus that captivate our guests.
  • Purchase and manage inventory efficiently, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Determine and roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • While preferred, a culinary degree is not mandatory but will set you apart.
  • Three to five years of confirmed culinary management experience is crucial.
  • Experience in high-volume production and catering is crucial.
  • Previous experience handling cost controls successfully.
  • A desire to learn and grow within an outstanding food service company.
