Job Description
Schedule: Full time; must be able to work a flexible schedule including rotating weekends. Primarily 1st shift with some 2nd shifts as well. More details are available upon interviewing.

Job Summary
As the Executive Chef, you are responsible for leading all aspects of culinary operations of food & nutrition department in a 280 bed hospital setting including, retail dining/cafe, patient services/meals, and catering. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
- Lead a culinary team of about 20 associates
- Plan and create all menus
- Purchase and manage inventory
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- Experience in a hospital, senior living, or related healthcare operation a plus
- Culinary Arts degree preferred
- High volume food production and catering experience
- Previous experience managing cost controls
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
