Job Summary

As an Executive Chef, you'll be the culinary visionary responsible for overseeing all culinary functions within our dining account. Leading a team of associates, you'll maintain rigorous safety and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional cuisine. Are you ready to lead a team and shape the future of athletic training at our cutting-edge facility? As the Executive Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Athletic Training Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage cost controls, ensuring efficient expenditure management to optimize financial performance.

  • Craft enticing menus that delight our discerning clientele and showcase your culinary expertise.

  • Take charge of inventory, from procurement to meticulous management, ensuring a ready supply of fresh ingredients.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and culinary teams to introduce creative culinary initiatives that captivate our audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A culinary degree is preferred, reflecting your dedication to the art of gastronomy.

  • Bring three to five years of culinary management experience, demonstrating your ability to excel in high-volume production and catering.

  • Showcase your proficiency in managing cost controls, a critical skill for culinary success.

  • Exhibit a strong desire to learn and evolve within a top-notch foodservice company that nurtures culinary excellence.
