Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

Job Summary

Are you ready to lead an exceptional corporate dining experience for a prestigious financial services client? We are seeking an inspiring General Manager to oversee all aspects of this premier account. In this role, you'll bring your passion for culinary excellence, commitment to outstanding service, and dedication to team success to a sophisticated corporate setting.

As a General Manager, you’ll report to the Vice President and manage the day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. This role calls for a strategic leader with strong interpersonal skills, a talent for multitasking, and a drive for delivering high-quality food and hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all P&L and budgeting activities for the account.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Oversee HR functions, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and staff development programs.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Partner with the Chef and management team to develop creative, high-quality menus.
  • Introduce new culinary programs in collaboration with the company’s marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of foodservice operations experience, with premium hospitality expertise preferred.
  • Proven experience in high-volume production and catering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and meet financial goals.
  • Passion for growth and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
