Job Description

• Work closely with the human resources manager.
• Work across department managers and manage expectations.
• Create job postings.
• Manage student employees.
• Confirm interviews with prospective candidates.
• Assist with personnel administration, employee information, and employment applications.
• Assist in helping new hires.
• Office Management tasks: sorting employee files, payroll data, and other hr intern duties.
• Inputting employee records onto the HR Information System to include new starters, leavers, and absences.
