Job Summary

Job Summary

Summary: The key role of the Pantry Coordinator (or P-Coord) is the maintenance of guest accounts from start to finish, as well as serving as the liaison between the Suite Attendant and the rest of the team. All new orders, supply needs, Alcohol Visits, and guest check requests, go through the P-Coord.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Pre-Gates Opening:

  • P-Coords report to their assigned Zone’s pantry to review all event day paperwork and ensure all tickets have transferred over to the workstation.

At Gates:

  • With accuracy, P-Coords field and process all orders, Alcohol Visit requests, supply orders, and guest check requests
  • P-Coords communicate all incoming requests to the Pantry Expo for delegation.
  • Guest checks are printed by the P-Coord to be handed to the Area Supervisor for delivery.

Post-Event:

  • With accuracy, P-Coords are responsible for processing all gratuities and beverage restocks prior to closing out guest checks.
  • All final guest checks, along with signed copies should be stapled to the corresponding Suite sheet and should remain in the binder, in order (collected from Suite Attendant).
  • Once processed, all beverage par count sheets (collected from Suite Attendant) are to be paper clipped, in order and together, and turned in with the binder.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to use a POS terminal/tablet/computer
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to process high volumes of orders as they come in
  • Attention to detail
