Position Overview:

We are seeking an experiences and dynamic Premium Food & Beverage Manager to lead the operation of our exclusive suites, clubs, and premium dining experiences. This role will oversee the planning and execution of high-end culinary services, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that meets the high standards of our VIP clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of food & beverage professionals, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and supervisors, to deliver exceptional service in premium areas.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently provided, delivering a luxury dining experience tailored to the unique preferences of premium guests.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations of all premium food and beverage outlets, including suite-level service, exclusive lounges, and private events.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative, high-quality menus that reflect current food trends and meet the tastes of VIP clientele.
  • Inventory & Financial Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensure cost-effective procurement, and oversee premium dining budgets to maintain profitability.
  • Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with premium food and beverage vendors to ensure quality products and service delivery.
  • Event Coordination: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute food and beverage services for private events, special VIP functions, and gameday experiences.
  • Compliance: Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations are strictly followed across all premium areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Premium food & beverage management, preferably within a stadium, arena, luxury hotel, or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage large teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Guest-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with experience working with high-end or VIP clientele.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting within F&B operations.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities during live events.
  • Certifications: Food handler and alcohol service certifications preferred (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS).
