Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, highly diligent communications and project manager to support our Global Head of Food and Hospitality Services for GCSD (Global Client Services Division). This person will play an integral role in program management coordination and marketing dissemination for Food and Hospitality Services, ensuring seamless global executions. Key responsibilities include project management of global programs and engagement initiatives, collaborating effectively with Compass One and GCSD Food and Hospitality Regional Leads to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent communications & messaging across all regions.
Food & Hospitality Program Management - Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide program management support for Global Food and Hospitality Services
- Assist with developing, monitoring, and implementing global initiatives and projects; evaluates the feasibility and/or enhancements needed (for new and existing services)
- Support strategic goals for operational efficiency and productivity to maintain or improve the quality, effectiveness, and satisfaction of programs.
- Manage internal communications and marketing with the GCSD Communications Manager, Global Brand Team and appropriate contributors on a global scale to ensure a consistent brand for GCSD Food and Hospitality Services communications and marketing.
- Utilizes business intelligence tools (SmartSheet, MS Office, etc) to build clear and consistent reporting, presentations and metrics on the different initiatives, operations, and client experience.
Our ideal candidate checks these boxes:
5+ years in corporate service/hospitality industry with strength in project management, marketing & communications.
Proven experience in cross functional coordination of marketing, and communication efforts
Strong project management skills with the proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously. You're deadline driven & detail oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you work effectively with diverse teams and you're a tactful, timely communicator.
Ability to think strategically and proactively.
Experience in budget planning and management.
