Job Summary

The Project Manager (Remote) - will be responsible for leading and executing project initiatives across multiple service areas, requiring up to 80% national travel..

Key Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to inform decision-making, project planning, and process optimization.
* End-User Engagement: Facilitate meetings and collaborative discussions with end-users to ensure alignment on project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
* Training & Development: Deliver frontline and management-level training on software solutions, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the systems.
* Project Timeline Management: Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed according to specifications.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary subject matter expert for relevant software solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Industry Experience: Expertise in patient transport, environmental services (EVS), or food management systems will be highly beneficial to the role.
* This position requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of operational needs in the healthcare services sector.
* Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 1-3 years of experience
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Proven ability to define and execute change strategies
* Proven ability to address competing priorities within a single project with a positive, can-do attitude
* Able to manage multiple projects at a time with sharp organizational skills
