What You’ll Do: As the Resident District Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring peak operational performance and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving excellence in client retention, financial performance, culinary innovation, and team development.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with university stakeholders and campus partners. Identifying and implementing opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Providing strategic insights and guidance to clients while championing company initiatives.
  • Leading compliance audits, ensuring adherence to policies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Inspiring and developing a high-performance team to achieve and exceed goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of management experience, preferably in food service, hospitality management
  • Is proficient in all aspects of food service management with a proven track record of success
  • Has a consistent record of leading a business and a team, strong customer service, and good business and financial proficiencies
  • Demonstrates strong initiative, critical thinking, ownership, communications (listening, written, and verbal), multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Champions the inclusive approach, and is proactive, positive, professional, and resilient
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS software
  • Occasional travel required in this position
