Job Summary

Working as the Sous Chef at a premier corporate office location in Weehawken, you will be responsible for supporting the successful operations of culinary services including the cafeteria and catering servcices. Shifts are Monday through Friday daytime and some evenings- No holidays or weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create unforgettable culinary experiences for our clients and guests
  • Support costs and controls expenditures for the account
  • Plans and creates menus
  • Menu creation and execution for catered events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of culinary experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or luxury F&B.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Outstanding hospitality skills
  • High volume, complex foodservice operations experience - highly desirable.
