Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Suites culinary team Levels 1, 2, and 3. Each level offers opportunities to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing high-quality meals while following food safety standards and maintaining cleanliness. These positions are ideal for individuals passionate about food and eager to develop their culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities: Levy Restaurants at Mercedes-Benz Stadium is seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our culinary team as Suites Cooks. This role is offered at three levels, based on experience and expertise, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Suites Cooks are responsible for preparing and executing high-quality menus for suites, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Duties include food preparation, cooking, and plating, following recipes and maintaining consistency while meeting Levy’s high standards. Cooks will manage stations, monitor inventory, and ensure proper portion controls, contributing to cost management. They are also expected to uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, complying with all ServSafe guidelines (ServSafe certification preferred).

Level 1 Cooks will lead culinary operations and mentor Level 2 and Level 3 Cooks to promote a culture of teamwork and excellence. Level 2 Cooks will assist in station management, support menu execution, and help train Level 3 Cooks. Level 3 Cooks will focus on fundamental culinary tasks and provide support to the broader team, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow. Across all levels, problem-solving, communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key.

Skills & Qualifications:

General Requirements (All Levels):

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

* Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.

* Strong teamwork and communication skills. Qualifications:

* Level 1: 5+ years of culinary experience with advanced knowledge of cooking techniques, leadership, and menu development.

* Level 2: At least 3 years of culinary experience with proficiency in food preparation and multitasking.

* Level 3: 1+ years of culinary experience with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

* ServSafe certification preferred for all levels.

Career Path: * Advancement opportunities include progression from Level 3 to Levels 2 and 1, and eventually to roles such as Sous Chef or Head Chef, based on performance and experience.
