Job Summary

In this role, you will assist in managing vendor programs to support client operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, including up to 10% travel to field sites. Primary responsibilities include quality assurance, onboarding, organization, data entry, and project management to ensure compliance and growth of vendor programming.

Responsibilities:

  • Enforce and maintain Compass vendor QA and operations standards.
  • Liaise between vendors, senior management, and unit management on QA compliance.
  • Track and manage required documentation (Health Permits, Audits, Licenses, Insurance, Diversity certifications, etc.).
  • Participate in vendor QA walkthroughs and external audits, ensuring adherence to Compass, client, and Health Department guidelines.
  • Provide feedback to vendors regarding non-compliance and collaborate on solutions.
  • Develop and maintain vendor Quality Management policies and safety initiatives.
  • Track, calculate, and report key performance metrics (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Support event planning, vendor onboarding, and vendor management processes.
  • Assist with financial framework setup for new vendors with Finance support.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
    • 2 years in Hospitality/Restaurant/Quality Assurance preferred. M365 suite/data entry experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Advanced English proficiency for customer interaction and reporting.
    • Strong reasoning ability and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    • Strong data entry and reporting skills, experience with M365 suite preferred.
  • Other Skills:
    • Team player with excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and handle last-minute changes.
    • Ability to manage escalations and communication with stakeholders.
    • Up to 10% travel required to field sites.
